THE FAILURE OF THE SOCIALIST WELFARE STATE BEGAN WHEN IT STARTED IN THE 1930'S

The Pruitt - Igoe Projects built in 1954 to 1956 costing $36 Million dollars ( $410 Million 2024 Dollars) And contained 33 buildings covered 57 acres and was home to 12,000 people...Sadly 10 years after it opened it started becoming a rundown dirty crime ridden slum like the one it was built to replace. This was because of LBJ's Socialistic "Great Society" & "War on Poverty" the Pruitt - Igoe Projects when originally opened in 1954 to be at the time a segregated Middle and Lower middle working class housing complex later in 1954 segregation ended Pruitt - Igoe became totally integrated and In 1964 Pruitt - Igoe was opened up to newly created "Great Society" $0 or little income welfare recipients, And Malingering wards of the state which many became multi-generation families living off of a welfare system that the LBJ Administration "Claimed" was only to be "A hand UP... NOT a Hand Out" That is when Crime and Vandalism Maintenance Costs started piling up causing Rent for Middle and Rent PAYING lower income to rise sharply increase to offset the costs of NON-PAYING residents Repair Costs, and Maintenance Costs due to those residents had the attitude of "Why should I take care of anything its not costing me anything... let the Government pay for it...They have got plenty of money to pay for it" By this time Rent became so high for the PAYING renters nobody who had any money wanted to live in live in what by that time Became a Slum like the one the Pruitt - Igoe Project was built to replace and the PAYING renter moved out leaving mostly black welfare recipients...Pruitt - Igoe became unrepairable and so vandalized it turned into unsustainable money pit and unfit for human habitation The Pruitt - Igoe Projects closed and began to be demolished by implosion in 1972 and concluded in 1976

THE FAILURE OF THE PRUITT IGOE PROJECT WAS LBJ'S "THE GREAT SOCIETY" SOCIALIST MASTERMIND MICHAEL HARRINGTON
The problems started when President Lyndon B. Johnsons Socialist program called "The Great Society" & the "War on Poverty" which were devised by The Founder of the "Democratic Socialists of America" Michael Harrington who would later help form another Communist front group the Institute for Policy Studies that was founded by Marcus Raskin father of Red Diaper Baby Md. US Rep. Jamie Raskin who was a member of the Sham J6 Investigation Committee and the two Sham Impeachment Trials of President DJT
